A Busy Start to September

I can’t quite believe we’re into September already. The summer seems to have absolutely flown by, and it’s been a busy start to the month here at Jewellery by Jo, with lots happening behind the scenes.

One particularly exciting bit of news is that I have a lovely new stockist!

You can now find a selection of my handmade silver jewellery at Hestercombe House & Gardens near Taunton. I took a trip down there recently to drop off some stock and it was such a lovely feeling knowing my jewellery will now be available somewhere new.

I really enjoy working with independent shops, galleries and other lovely venues, and I’m always looking for new places to stock my jewellery. So, if you know somewhere you think Jewellery by Jo would fit in nicely, please do get in touch and let me know.

New earrings are on the way

Back at my workbench, I’ve also been working on some new earrings that I was hoping to get finished, photographed and added to my online shop this week.

Unfortunately, things haven’t quite gone to plan!

After a very busy few weeks and probably trying to squeeze a little too much into my days, I’ve been struck down with a rubbish bug. My plans for the last few days have pretty much gone out the window, and I’ve had to admit defeat and take some time away from my workbench.

The new earrings are still sitting there waiting to be finished, so they’re not available just yet. Hopefully it won’t be too long before I’m back making again and can finally get them finished and show you what I’ve been working on.

It’s not quite the start to September I had planned, but sometimes the to do list just has to wait!
