New Earrings and Getting Back Into a Routine

It feels like things are finally starting to settle down a little here after the long summer holidays. My children are back at school and I’m slowly finding my way back into a proper work routine again. I’m not quite there yet, but I’m getting there!

One job I’m very happy to have ticked off my list is getting all of the new earrings I made last week photographed and listed online.

There are lots of different shapes, patterns and textures to choose from, including honeycomb, autumn leaves, florals, dandelions and more. I’ve really enjoyed working with different textures recently and seeing how each pattern looks once it has been added to the silver.

All of the earrings are handmade by me in my little home studio using recycled sterling silver. Each pair goes through lots of different stages before it is ready to be photographed, listed and sent off to its new home.

This week has been a little less about making and more about catching up and getting things done behind the scenes. I’ve been busy finishing another order for one of my stockists, as well as spending time working on my website and tackling some of those jobs that have been sitting on my to do list for a while.

It’s been really nice having a bit more structure back to my working days and I’m looking forward to getting back to the bench and making some more jewellery over the next few weeks.

You can find all of the latest earrings in my online shop now.
